The numbers we work to.
| Materials | Mild steel to IS spec: IS 2062 E250 and equivalents. Heavy plate is the everyday work: tank walls, damper frames, structural sections, furnace shells. |
| Thickness range | Sheet through heavy plate. Mixed sections in one assembly (6, 10, 16 mm) are routine, not a special request. |
| Cutting | CNC laser for profiles; Messer plasma and oxyfuel when the plate gets thick. |
| Forming | DENER Smart XL press brake, 320 tonne over a 4000 mm bed. Long bends come off in one hit, not welded up from shorts. |
| Joining | Certified welders on every joint. Dye-pen checks and pressure tests to IS wherever the drawing calls for them. |
| Documentation | Mill certs, WPS and test reports compiled as the job runs. The folder goes with the dispatch. |
