Seamless fabrication.
Send the drawing. We deliver the finished part.

Enjoy single-source accountability. Cutting, forming, welding, testing and assembly are handled in-house at our Thirumudivakkam works; specialized machining and coating go to long-term partners nearby. Your procurement streamlines into one PO for complete, fully documented assemblies — and if a timeline moves, you hear it from us first.

Eight stages. One owner.

Plenty of shops will cut and bend for you, then wish you luck with the machining. We stay on the job until it's coated and delivered. The core stages run on our own floor; specialized machining and finishing go through partners we work with every week — under our supervision, on our PO.

SEC · 02 / The Alternative

You already know how the three-vendor route goes.

The cutting shop finishes on time, the machinist sits on it for a fortnight, and when the flanges don't mate, each one swears the drawing was right when it left their floor. Meanwhile the docs you need for your audit are scattered across four WhatsApp threads.

Someone in your office ends up project-managing suppliers instead of doing their actual job. We started SCE because that someone shouldn't be you.

Split across three or four shops

The usual way of doing it.

  • A PO and a follow-up list for every shop
  • Flanges that don't mate at assembly
  • QC docs chased out of each vendor separately
  • One slips, the shipment slips, everyone shrugs
With SCE holding the job

How your order runs here.

  • You raise one PO; we manage the rest
  • Fit checked at each stage, not discovered at the end
  • The full doc folder arrives with the dispatch
  • If something moves, you hear it from us first
SEC · 03 / What We Build

What leaves the gate.

Dampers and transformer tanks are the bread and butter. The rest is whatever heavy mild-steel work the drawing calls for.

01

Transformer Tanks

Oil-cooled tanks, welded leak-tight and pressure-tested to IS before they go near paint.

02
IS 2062 E250

Multi-Louver Dampers

Boiler intake, AHU and process-air work. This is the bulk of what leaves our gate. Some weeks it's all we build.

03

Industrial Furnace

Shells, frames and internals for heat-treatment and thermal-process lines.

04
SKID

Heavy Equipment

Skid bases, supports and weldments that machinery sits on for the next twenty years.

05
ISMB

Structural Fabrication

Frames, sections and assemblies for heavy machinery builders. Send the GA drawing, we'll take it from there.

06
RSEND DWG

Base Frames

Precision-fabricated base frames and skids, machined flat and drilled to your equipment's mounting pattern.

07

Custom Component Fabrication

Heavy, mild steel, drawn to spec? That's the whole brief. Send us your drawings and we'll build category seven together.

What's on the floor, and what's a phone call away.

Everything that decides fit and tolerance happens on our machines. The finishing trades are partner shops in the same estate, close enough that our driver can chase them, so you don't have to.

SEC · 05 / Repeat Orders

Why the second PO arrives.

Ask the procurement leads who've placed a repeat order with us and it usually comes down to these three.

01

The date we quote is the date we ship

We're not the cheapest shop in Chennai. We're the one that answers the phone in week 8 and still hits the date we gave you in week 1.

02

Paperwork your QC will accept

Mill certs, WPS, dye-pen and pressure-test reports, compiled as the job runs, not scrambled together the night before dispatch.

03

You talk to the person running the job

Call the works and you get Vinodh or the production lead. The person who answers is the person who can actually move your job.

SEC · 06 / Questions

Asked before the first PO, usually.

What's your typical turnaround from RFQ to quote?
One working day for most jobs: feasibility, lead time and price in the same reply. If the job needs tooling we don't have or a finish we haven't done before, it takes longer, and we'll tell you that in the first mail instead of discovering it together in week six.
What materials do you fabricate?
Mild steel, mostly IS 2062 E250 and equivalents. Heavy plate is our daily work: tank walls, damper frames, structural sections. If you're specifying something unusual, send the drawing over and we'll tell you honestly whether it's our kind of job or not.
Do you handle QC documentation?
Yes, and it's not an afterthought. Mill certs get filed when the plate arrives, weld records as the joints close, pressure-test reports before paint. The full package goes in the dispatch folder. If your auditors want a specific format, name it in the RFQ.
Where does the partner-network work happen?
The machining shops and the galvanisers we use are in the same estate, twenty minutes from our gate. We've worked with them for years. But that's our problem to manage, not yours. You raise one PO, the invoice comes from us, and if the machining is late it's us you call, not a shop you've never heard of.
What's your monthly capacity?
About 200 tonnes through the floor and the partner shops combined. What that means for your order depends on the mix. A 20-tonne tank job is not the same as 20 tonnes of small brackets. Ask before you commit and we'll give you a real date, not a hopeful one.
Do you take one-off orders, or only repeat production?
Both. A fair share of our work is single drawings that never repeat. The process doesn't change: same quote discipline, same docs, same test routine whether it's one piece or five hundred.
